Currently, the management consists of Samuel, Alessandro and Josua. The constitution can change over time. The goal is to do it in a group of two while next to Samuel, there shall be one engineer.
The management meets every two weeks and the protocol is public. Of course, you can also join into the meeting (use your investment time for it).
Most work, however, is done in specific groups and the management can be seen as a fallback for everything that is not within such a group.
Everyone in the management at Renuo is not a full-time manager: management is done on the side, next to their primary work. This is on purpose.
<aside> 💡 Special responsibilities are labeled as such and handed over to a certain person. If needed, they are organised in a working group (”wg”). This means, more than just one person are working on such issues. Each Working Group has a lead and this is the person you should talk to if you have a correspondent matter. There are also Slack channels for each group. As of today, we have “Working Group Engineering” and “Working Group Operations”

The time you spent for a task can be booked on the corresponding redmine task. Ask the Working Group lead for the correct task.
As lead of a group, you are responsible for keeping/organising the receipt. The receipts must be VAT-conform (this means: it includes the VAT number of the partner). Receipts above CHF 400 must contain the company name (“Renuo AG”) on them.
We don’t have fixed budgets.
