ℹ️ Company meeting
Twice a month, we hold a company meeting where all relevant information is shared. The meetings are meant to be one-way-communication. You find the link the the document on the homepage.
🗓️ SCRUM/Planning
After the company meeting, we continue with the SCRUM meeting. The planning of our work happens there, too.
👔 Management meeting
Every second week, the. management meets to discuss proposals. Your proposal (or also your presence) is welcome! You find the link to the document on the homepage.
🍻 Pairs & Beer Talks
Once every 6 weeks, we organize a pair programming session followed by beer talks, where we show off shortcuts, tricks and listen to lightning talks.

🕵🏻 Find & Discover
Every four months, we take 2 hours to investigate into new topics and teach each other.
💬 1-1s
Every 6 weeks you will have a 1-1 to reflect how things are going for you at Renuo.
Interns run a weekly meeting with their Götti/Gotti during the internships.
🚂 Rails Höck
We try to host a Rails Höck 1-2 times per year at our office. See more information here.
🤓 Learning week
Once a year, we hold a learning week. It’s an off-site retreat where we try out new technologies, shape our company and have fun together.
🍕 Pizza Friday
The day when we hold the company and SCRUM meeting, we order pizza and share a meal together.
🧗♀️ Team Events
We try to have a team event at least each quarter.
🌐 Alumni Event
Once a year, we organize an event where all former Renuo employees are invited as well. The goal is to maintain our network.
