Continuous education

The web is moving very fast. To stay up to date and continuously learn, we want to equip you with a tool so that you can officially do so.

Examples of what this includes

Basically, whatever task that you are not explicitly being asked or that is not strictly related to a ticket that you implement is investment time. For example, this includes:

• learning a new technology
• diving into a matter deeper than actually required by a ticket
• improving your personal and social skills
• reading blog articles
• customer events (book as much as you think is fair)
• conferences (see below)
• time exceeding the marketing budget for official Renuo blog articles (4h, see here)
• writing blog articles on your own blog

How to book time

Book your time on #5000 or on any specific ticket within the project “Renuo Investment”.

Apart from you getting better, we expect that knowledge and insights gained are being shared at beer talks or within learning weeks (see events).

In addition, on each company meeting a slide is included that displays all the time entries within investment time. This helps us to manage knowledge (who knows what, who is investing where).
