We have a VoIP solution hosted at Peoplefone (with 3CX client). If you want your own Renuo phone (landline) number to call (incoming, outgoing), talk to Samuel. See also setup guide for phone numbers.

wg-operations is happy to organize your laptop, screen, keyboard and mouse. Make a proposal of what you like to have. It’s most important that you can work well. We do not work with budgets or max. costs – it’s up to you to decide whether something is worth it, or not. Link to inventory list Since we have different equipment at the office use the chance to try out different things.
When ordering, please take care about energy labels 🌳.
wg-office is happy to take care of tables/chairs if needed.
If you leave Renuo (don’t!), there may be the option for you to keep the laptop. If you had a contract at Renuo for at least one year and Renuo is not in need for other (future) employees (talk to wg-operations). The price is defined here.
Renuo covers 50% of your home equipment (e. g. standing desk, chair, screen, peripheral devices) up to CHF 500, if you’re not on a fixed-term contract (e.g. interns) and you work more than 50%. The equipment is owned by you (not Renuo). Hand in your receipts at wg-office.
