Wages are paid on a monthly basis for the past month. Usually, wage payments arrive between 3rd-5th day of the following month (it depends on weekends …).

Expenses on behalf of the company

• The company refunds you if you have company related expenses. Bring the receipt and hand it to wg-office – it will be paid back with the next wage statement.
• Journeymans and seniors get a monthly compensation of CHF 30 for phone calls and home office. This is based on the assumption, that those roles have regular client contact and sometimes also work from the client’s office. Interns and novices can request it if needed (exceptions possible).
• If you link a friend to an open job position and we hire it, you will get a special compensation of CHF 500 as a reward. You may step aside at the decision whether your friend is being hired or not (and not take place in the assessment, anyways).
