Renuo shall always be owned by it’s employees and we have a partner model that allows everyone (but interns) to become a shareholder. You will get real shares (not option or anything alike), you will be involved in heavy duty company decisions and, most important, you own part of what belongs to your life. Once a year, the General Assembly and a nice dinner take place.

• Minimal buy-in amount: CHF 20’000
• Company value is calculated following a formula ruled under the canton of Zurich
• Right to sell back to Renuo during the first 2 years an initial price
• Obligation to sell if you leave Renuo
